How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Quoteinstrument Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
Reach out about:
- How a call or message with Quoteinstrument Floor Coating went
- How we used or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Quoteinstrument Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File a Complaint
Email contact@quoteinstrument.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, write back and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may help too.
